PIF • PRINT LIBERATION

It is a bit frustrating when you have tons of ideas in your head {like css for your website/portfolio, wedding invitations for your best friend, new gocco prints...} when you are at your day job {a.k.a. 'grown-up job'}. The weather is lousy {you're working on the eleventh floor and you hear the wind blazing against the building} and all you want to do is draw, draw, draw in your notebook... while having coffee at Festina Lente.
Oh, well, I was experiencing an ordinary Tuesday until I got home... there was a PIF parcel from Sverige in my mailbox! And this little green butt crack character was inside the parcel...
{my apologies for the bad lighting, but I didn't get home until 18:30 - no daylight!}
...he doesn't feel like showing his butt crack today, though. Oh, and along with Mr Skjortknapp {his name from now on} came a mini calendar/bookmark {Oh No} and a lovely note. Tack Sandra, I will take good care of Mr Skjortknapp!

Print Liberation is a 'creative visual agency'. Take a look at their store, where you will find prints, t-shirts, bags - all hand printed in their Philadelphia based studio. My favourites are the Cotton Feud t-shirt, the Don't Give Up red tote and the Life is... print.

On June 17, Print Liberation: The Screen Printing Primer will come out, 'a DIY guide to screen printing with step-by-step instructions and tips on how to avoid screen-printing mistakes'. You can pre-order the book on Amazon. It's already on my wishlist!
