• redecorating {Emma will be travelling to Amsterdam in a week}
• working on the travelling journals project
• finishing the package for the small books swap...
Guess what? I have the flu {or is is just a cold?}! And it seems like it won't go away in a hurry.
I went to work on Tuesday - with a soar throat, sporting a scarf {in July!} and feeling miserable. I came to my senses on Wednesday and stayed in. Now it's Friday and I can't remember feeling this miserable since my childhood {once I had the flu during Christmas/New Year, I felt awful}.
My days are filled with napping, eating something but not tasting it, drinking, napping, feeling warm, feeling cold, shooting hoops with paper handkerchiefs and some more napping. And my throat - ouch! And those muscle pains - yuk. Not my idea of a perfect Summer.
Something positive: having the flu with a MacBook within reach {although my Bloglines currently has 1078 new feeds, yikes} and WiFi. Oh, and season 6 of Medisch Centrum West {...for all you dutch readers}!
